Working with the UK

For schools in Europe and worldwide who would like to work with a UK school, please go to your home Gateway for more advice.

If you are a school in the UK seeking a link in another part of the UK itself, please read on.

The Global Gateway partnerfinding team can assist you to find UK partners to support your application for the International School Award. These partnerships can be mentor, being mentored, or Community Cohesion.

Your local authority, your SIP or other advisor may have suggestions for a link school for you if you are working across a number of areas and would like to include internationalism.

We can provide a mentor school for you who has already gained the ISA and is close to your locality and shares a similar curricular approach.

For a link to support Community Cohesion you should approach the Schools Linking Network for advice and to help you find a partner school.

You can also search the Global Gateway and get in touch with other UK schools.

Several programmes now invite UK schools to apply as a cluster. You can find advice on clustering in the Funding and programmes section.
